When you join the waitlist for Residents Meet, we collect the following information:

• Email Address (Required): To confirm your waitlist request, save your spot on the waitlist, and notify you when Resident sign-ups open.
• City (Optional): To understand geographic interest.

Note: Joining the waitlist only registers your interest; it does not create a user account.

We keep your waitlist information while the waitlist is active, and permanently remove it within 30 days after it closes.

Contact Us Information

When you contact us, we collect the following details to respond to your request, understand support needs, and improve our service:

• Contact Details: Your email address, selected topic, and message.
• Account Details (Optional): Your signed-in account identifier, collected only if you are signed in.

We keep your contact submissions only as long as necessary for these purposes, or longer if legally required.

How Your Data Is Stored and Shared

• Storage: Your information is stored in our application database.
• Service providers: We only share your information with trusted service providers as needed to operate our platform.

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information, including your waitlist information and contact submissions, subject to applicable law.
